Pinolite, also known as Pinolith, is a Graphite-pigmented, light gray to almost black Dolomite matrix with inclusions of white Magnesite grains that look like pine kernels. Pinolite, or Pinolith, translates to "pine stone".

Pinolite is ony found at the Magnesite deposit at Sunk, Hohentauern, Niedere Tauern, Styria, Austria.
